lovely beach frontlong check-inroom option
the beach front was lovely with grass areas.
Upon arrival, some promised service elements weren't delivered. room options were not presented in spite of earlier requests. the check-in took almost 40 minutes. It was unusually long.

i enjoyed the clean rooms with professional staff throughout the hotel. the beach is large and well maintained. the main restaurant offered perfect dinners and breakfasts that was great. blu bar provided a good option during the day.. i especially liked the catch of the day. i tried it every day.

the entrance lobby features jaw-dropping grandeur i felt as if in a cathedral because of its size and height a beautiful chandelier defied description the meticulously maintained grounds resembled a royal park manicured lawns were punctuated by flower borders overlooked by majestic palm trees i found benches surrounding the pool area which were well maintained.

staff consistently were pretty good too ensure comfort especially for young children during breakfast staff made special efforts like cutting fruit and creating pancakes making children feel special.

The breakfast had so much choice. The hospitality was very nice all around. I want to thank Mr Khalid Al Wahabi from the pool team. He looked after us and was hospitable beyond my expectations.

My room included luxurious material and furnishing. It also had Dyptique products in the bathroom. The terrace gave private access to the lagoon , and this was a big plus , offering quick access to the water.
